*Drinking allowed, in moderation!
*Please, no loud noises. Quiet residential neighborhood, so
 please don't disturb our neighbors.
*Owners will not remain on premises, but will be nearby.
*No pets.

 Price is $400 per night, plus $37/night TN tax.
 3 Night minimum for August Race.

 A $500 security deposit required at booking which will be returned after owner has inspected the property.
 

Payment Options

     Our primary payment method is through PayPal. It is a very secure method to send your payments and it allows you to use your credit cards or debit your bank account. It is very easy to set up, and membership is no longer required. We can invoice anyone who has an e-mail address.   We will also accept money orders or business checks, and certified checks from your bank. This form of payment must be sent by carrier such as FedEx, and preferably overnighted. Please do not send through the Postal Service regular mail. Contact us for any details.

We will invoice you through PayPal if you have an email address. Otherwise, payment details will be addressed at booking.
