* To all potential listing clients, we currently offer (if ad space is available) a $100/year listing for 1st row exposure, a $75/year listing
  for 2nd row exposure, and all others at $50/year. A year is defined as 2 races.
  All ads will  be  in order as received by us. We will not move one ad in front of another unless it's to the higher paying ads, or an ad has dropped
  off, and we need to fill  that space. All ads have the exact same  look and feel, except for the position on the page.
* Any commercial enterprises who wish to advertise on this site may email us with an inquiry.
* There is a $50 non-refundable fee to set up your ad. To set up your ad, you will need to email 8 - 10 pictures of the properties, taken with "Normal"
  settings on your camera. Also in your email, list everything that you would like to be included. You don't have to "write" the ad, just list the
  "amenities". We will only submit as much information as the main text box will hold. Don't email any pictures that are "email size". They are generally
  unusable because the DPI settings are too low. Email pics one at a time if you need to.
* The $50 set up fee will cover building your ad and list you for both races.
* To continue your ad for the next racing season, you must renew your ad or it will be taken off.
