You won't believe the peace and quiet that this beautiful home provides. Situated on a private farm with rolling vistas, this home has all that you will need to truly "get away from it all". At 30 miles from the track, it's location is still only 25 minutes or so from any of the TriCities dining or shopping locations. This home is about 18 miles from the airport should you travel by air. If you want some country living for a few days, and prefer the peace and solitude of the country life, then this is the place for you!

  throughout.
* 2 full baths (master bedroom has huge private bath).
* Den/Living/TV room.
* Covered and screened outside sitting areas, and decks.
* Towels, bedlinens, etc. furnished.
* Bathroom products furnished.
* Coffee maker and coffee provided.
* Gas grill provided.
* Has backyard firepit!
* Plenty of room for 6 adults.
* Broadcast TV only.
* Non smoking clients preferred.
* Non drinking clients preferred
* No pets.

Rental price is $500/night, plus $46.25/night TN tax, with a 3 night minimum.
A $350 security/damage deposit required at booking, plus 1/2 of
total amount due, the remainder due 60 days before your arrival.

Payment Options

     Our primary payment method is through PayPal. It is a very secure method to send your payments and it allows you to use your credit cards or debit your bank account. It is very easy to set up, and membership is no longer required. We can invoice anyone who has an e-mail address.   We will also accept money orders or business checks, and certified checks from your bank. This form of payment must be sent by carrier such as FedEx, and preferably overnighted. Please do not send through the Postal Service regular mail. Contact us for any details.

We will invoice you through PayPal if you have an email address. Otherwise, payment details will be addressed at booking.
