You may use this form to request booking for any ad, and once
received by us, will be forwarded to that particular homeowner.
Rental Agreement, Reservation Guidelines, General Policies
and Cancellations
To rent from us you must agree to the following terms and electronically sign in the space provided on the rental form. All fields applicable need to be filled out before submitting.
1. No smoking inside, but outside is allowed.
2. No Pets (some exceptions may apply).
3. No heavy drinking on premises. Be considerate of the owner, neighbors and other guests.
4. Owner may stay on premises if a bedroom rental, or nearby, during your stay.
5. All extended stay discounts and rates are different for each property -- please ask!
6. Payments through PayPal (a free service that allows anyone with an e-mail address to send money) , certified bank checks, or money order. After you submit your reservation request, you’ll receive a PayPal invoice at your e-mail address. You can pay securely with a credit card or your bank account. You do not need to be a member of PayPal If you are not already signed up.
7. Payment arrangements will vary by owner at booking. If you book within 60 days of arrival date full payment is due unless other arrangements are made. Your security deposit within thirty (30) days of your departure.
8. Treat our homes as you would your own.
9. The contents of each room and their condition are logged in detail and captured in digital pictures as well.
10. No long distance telephone calls are to be made on homeowner's telephone. Please bring your cell phone.
11. Cancellations are nonrefundable (except security deposit) within 45 days of arrival.
12. Cancellations before then are refunded, minus $100 rebooking fee.
13. Once a guest, you are given 1st option of rebooking for the next race season before we accept new reservations. Please book within 7 days of departure.
14. A security/damage deposit is required at the signing of the agreement. The amount of the security/damage deposit is variable, set by homeowner.
15. Guest should take good care of the property and is responsible for washing any dishes, utensils, and cookware that are used. Electronic equipment is sensitive to damage if misused. If you do not know how to operate the stereo or video equipment in the common areas, please consult with someone who does or call us.
16. Guests will be directly responsible to the Homeowner for any damage or injury not covered by the security/damage deposit. If there is no claim against the security/damage deposit, the deposit will be mailed to the Guest.
17. All keys must be returned to Homeowner upon departure. Failure to do so could result in a significant damage assessment required to re-key all doors of the premises.
18. Guests are held responsible for any damage that is done by their children while staying on the property. Please supervise them as you would in your own home.
19. You will be held responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests.
20. Guest will not hold Homeowner responsible for personal injury, stolen or damaged property or vehicles, or other damages that occur while a guest in their home.
21. Homeowner will provide accommodations that are clean and neat, including clean linens, towels, soap, and paper products.
22. Homeowner will make reasonable efforts to ensure the safety and comfort of guests during their stay. Fire extinguishers and smoke alarms are also in use throughout.
23. Please note: We are not a property management firm or real estate agent. We do not personally inspect each property before your arrival. All complaints must be directed to the homeowner. We also are not responsible for any repairs or failures in the home, again, that falls to the homeowner.
