 *One bedroom with king sized bed.
 *Living room with queen sleeper sofa, love seat, rocker/recliner.
 *Space is fully air-conditioned, also has ceiling fans in bedroom and
  living room.
 *Full private bath. Not shared.
 *Large walk in closet off bathroom area.
 *Eat-in kitchen, with refrigerator w/icemaker, microwave, range, and
  dishwasher.
 *Pots/pans/dishes/eating utensils, etc. will be furnished.
 *Doors leading to other parts of this home will be locked from your
  side, insuring your complete privacy. Please respect ours.
 *Towels and washcloths, bed linens will be provided.
 *32” TV w/over 180 channels of satellite TV is provided for your
  enjoyment.
 *Sleeps 4 comfortably, but up to six can stay provided the 2 extra
  persons bring their own sleeping bags or air mattress.
 *Has private patio area, with gas grill and patio furniture provided.
 *Smoke detectors in use.
 *Quiet residential neighborhood..
 *Drinking is allowed, in moderation.
 *No smoking inside the home.
 *No pets

Rental price is $225/night, plus $20.81 TN tax/night, with a 3 night minimum, for up to 4 people. Extra nights are booked at $225 plus $20.81 TN tax per night . Extra persons over 4 persons are $60, plus $5.55 TN tax each per night, with a 3 night minimum payment, not to exceed 6 people total. (A $100 security/damage deposit will be due at booking, which will be returned after owners have inspected the property).
  

Payment Options

     Our primary payment method is through PayPal. It is a very secure method to send your payments and it allows you to use your credit cards or debit your bank account. It is very easy to set up, and membership is no longer required. We can invoice anyone who has an e-mail address.   We will also accept money orders or business checks, and certified checks from your bank. This form of payment must be sent by carrier such as FedEx, and preferably overnighted. Please do not send through the Postal Service regular mail. Contact us for any details.

         

We will invoice you through PayPal if you have an email address. Otherwise, payment details will be addressed at booking.
