If you want a place to relax in peace and quiet, this is for you!! The home has very comfortable surroundings with a downstairs den that serves as the 4th bedroom with a queen sized bed. This home has 2 full baths with a laundry room. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms with one queen size bed in the master suite, one trundle bed in bedroom 2, and a twin size bed in bedroom 3. The living room has a large sofa that could sleep one.

Price is $375 per night plus $34.69/night TN tax, with 3 night min. for August Race, 2 night minimum for Spring.
A $250 damage deposit required at booking, which will be returned after the owner has inspected the property.

Payment Options

     Our primary payment method is through PayPal. It is a very secure method to send your payments and it allows you to use your credit cards or debit your bank account. It is very easy to set up, and membership is no longer required. We can invoice anyone who has an e-mail address.   We will also accept money orders or business checks, and certified checks from your bank. This form of payment must be sent by carrier such as FedEx, and preferably overnighted. Please do not send through the Postal Service regular mail. Contact us for any details.

We will invoice you through PayPal if you have an email address. Otherwise, payment details will be addressed at booking.
