 * Eat-in kitchen has all the amenities. Dishes, pots and pans etc. are
   furnished for your convenience. Just bring the food.
 *Gas grill furnished for cooking out on the deck.
 *Laundry room just off the kitchen.
 *Room for 6 - 8 adults.
 *No smoking inside the home.
 *Alcohol use in moderation.
 *No pets please.

Price is $395 per night, plus $36.54 per night TN tax, with a 3 night min. for August Race, 2 night min. for Spring race.

 $250 damage deposit required at booking. Will be refunded once owners have inspected the property,
within 30 days.

Payment Options

     Our primary payment method is through PayPal. It is a very secure method to send your payments and it allows you to use your credit cards or debit your bank account. It is very easy to set up, and membership is no longer required. We can invoice anyone who has an e-mail address.   We will also accept money orders or business checks, and certified checks from your bank. This form of payment must be sent by carrier such as FedEx, and preferably overnighted. Please do not send through the Postal Service regular mail. Contact us for any details.

We will invoice you through PayPal if you have an email address. Otherwise, payment details will be addressed at booking.
