 Very nice 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home located just under 7 miles from BMS. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, and it's location from the track will make it easy to get back from the track in just minutes instead of an hour or more! It will depend on where you park for the race, and we'll show you on our map where you would need to park to take advantage of it's location. Convenient to all the shopping in the TriCities.

*Home has central heat and air.
*Sofa in the den pulls out into queen sleeper.
*Bedroom 1 has queen sized bed.
*Bedroom 2 has a twin sized bed, plus a futon that converts to         full sized sleeper, plus satellite TV.
*Plenty of room for up to 6 adults.
*Gas grill provided for your outdoor bbq's.
*Washer and dryer provided.
*Towels, linens, and bathroom products furnished.
*Kitchen has all the utensils, including pots and pans, plates etc.
*Room on floors for air mattresses.
*Large screen TV in the den with satellite TV.
*No smoking inside of home.
*Drinking allowed, in moderation!
*Owners keep small pet inside, but please, no pets!
*Please, no loud noises. Quiet residential neighborhood, so please
 don't disturb our neighbors.
*Owners will not remain on premises, but will be nearby.

 Priced at $375 per night, plus $34.69/night TN tax.
 3 night minimum. 
 
 ($300 security deposit required at booking. Will be refunded after an inspection of the property)..
 

Payment Options

     Our primary payment method is through PayPal. It is a very secure method to send your payments and it allows you to use your credit cards or debit your bank account. It is very easy to set up, and membership is no longer required. We can invoice anyone who has an e-mail address.   We will also accept money orders or business checks, and certified checks from your bank. This form of payment must be sent by carrier such as FedEx, and preferably overnighted. Please do not send through the Postal Service regular mail. Contact us for any details.

We will invoice you through PayPal if you have an email address. Otherwise, payment details will be addressed at booking.
