These owners have 2 very nice bedrooms to rent for the races here at Bristol. At only 9 miles from the track, these bedrooms are a bargain!

 *Only 9 miles from the track.
 *Very convenient to the track and to all shopping areas in the Tri Cities.
 *Both bedrooms very tastefully furnished.
 *Can use either of 2 baths in the home.
 *Owners have a gas grill that you may use.  
 *Smoke detectors in use throughout.  
 *Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed (top 2 pictures).
 *Bedroom 1 also has a dorm refrigerator.
 *Bedroom 2 has a private balcony (middle 2 pictures).
 *Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed.
 *Coffee maker and coffee provided. 
 *Bathroom supplies furnished. 
 *No smoking inside of home.
 *Alcohol is allowed, in moderation. 
 *No partying in our home!
 *No pets allowed.
 *No more than 2 persons per bedroom please!
 *Owners will remain in the home.
 *Please respect our property as you would your
  own!

 Bedroom 1 price is $175 per night,  Bedroom 2 price is $160 per night,  with a 2 night minimum for March,  and a 3 night minimum for the August race.
$150 security/damage deposit required at booking, per bedroom.

Payment Options

     Our primary payment method is through PayPal. It is a very secure method to send your payments and it allows you to use your credit cards or debit your bank account. It is very easy to set up, and membership is no longer required. We can invoice anyone who has an e-mail address.   We will also accept money orders or business checks, and certified checks from your bank. This form of payment must be sent by carrier such as FedEx, and preferably overnighted. Please do not send through the Postal Service regular mail. Contact us for any details.
