We'll show you how to use the backroads and where to park, so that when the race is over, you'll be back here in just 10 or 15 minutes. Situated in a quiet mobile home park just off Boone Lake, close to TriCities Airport. Convenient to all the  restaurants in the area, and shopping. A very comfortable, affordable place to stay!

* Each bedroom has a queen size bed. .
* Master bedroom has private bathroom.
* Coffee maker with coffee provided.
* Gas grill provided for outdoor cooking.
* Moderate alcohol use permitted.
* No smoking inside the home, outside smoking area
  on front deck.
* Owner has a pet cat that stays indoors, and would be agreeable
  to small housetrained pets.

Rental price is $300/night, plus $27.75/night TN tax, with a 3 night minimum.

A $250 security/damage deposit required at booking.

Payment Options

     Our primary payment method is through PayPal. It is a very secure method to send your payments and it allows you to use your credit cards or debit your bank account. It is very easy to set up, and membership is no longer required. We can invoice anyone who has an e-mail address.   We will also accept money orders or business checks, and certified checks from your bank. This form of payment must be sent by carrier such as FedEx, and preferably overnighted. Please do not send through the Postal Service regular mail. Contact us for any details.

We will invoice you through PayPal if you have an email address. Otherwise, payment details will be addressed at booking.
