      This  apartment is located just 7 miles from BMS on a large operating horse farm. You'll have beautiful views of the surrounding property, and the Holston Mountains. You can be at the track and back, or downtown, in just minutes! Convenient to all the dining and shopping in the TriCities. This apartment is located over the horse barn.  The whole apartment has just been through a complete renovation, and everything, including the kitchen, is new. All you have to bring is the food to be set for the weekend.  Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. will be furnished for you. Relax on the  deck, and enjoy the  beautiful views and surroundings in peace and quiet. This apartment can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. If you're looking for a nice property that's not far from the track, with peace and quiet, this is it!

Price is $350 per night plus $32.38/night TN tax, with a 3 night min. for both races. A $250 damage deposit is required at booking, and will be returned after the owner has inspected the property.

Payment Options

     Our primary payment method is through PayPal. It is a very secure method to send your payments and it allows you to use your credit cards or debit your bank account. It is very easy to set up, and membership is no longer required. We can invoice anyone who has an e-mail address.   We will also accept money orders or business checks, and certified checks from your bank. This form of payment must be sent by carrier such as FedEx, and preferably overnighted. Please do not send through the Postal Service regular mail. Contact us for any details.

We will invoice you through PayPal if you have an email address. Otherwise, payment details will be addressed at booking.
