Whole House Rental

  Very nice, very comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home located in Bristol, Tn., just off the Weaver Pike (one of the main escape routes from BMS). You can be back to this home in just a few minutes, ready to relax and grill out after a long day at the track. For the amenities and convenience that this home offers, the price is very affordable. With  queen, full size, and a twin size bed, plus an upstairs sofa, and a downstairs sofa, there's plenty of room for 6 - 8 adults. A large back yard with privacy fence offers a place to relax outdoors while you're firing up the grill.

* Hardwood floors,  carpet, and tile throughout.
* Coffee maker and coffee provided.
* Gas grill provided.
* Towels, bedlinens, etc. furnished.
* All kitchen utensils provided.
* Bathroom supplies (tissue, soap, etc.) provided.
* Very convenient to local restaurants and race track itself.
* Only 7 miles to Bristol Motor Speedway.
* Can sleep up to 8 adults comfortably.
* Owners will not remain on premises.
* Very quiet neighborhood, no loud noises etc. please.
* Alcohol use in moderation.
* No smoking inside the home, outside only.
* No pets.

Rental price is $400/night, with $37/night TN tax.
2 night minimum for March Race, 3 night minimum for August Race.
A $250 security/damage deposit required at booking, which will be returned after owner has inspected the property.

Payment Options

     Our primary payment method is through PayPal. It is a very secure method to send your payments and it allows you to use your credit cards or debit your bank account. It is very easy to set up, and membership is no longer required. We can invoice anyone who has an e-mail address.   We will also accept money orders or business checks, and certified checks from your bank. This form of payment must be sent by carrier such as FedEx, and preferably overnighted. Please do not send through the Postal Service regular mail. Contact us for any details.

We will invoice you through PayPal if you have an email address. Otherwise, payment details will be addressed at booking.
