Very well maintained camper set up in driveway of private residence in a very quiet established neighborhood.

* Dinette makes into full sleeper.
* Bathroom products furnished.
* Pots, pans, dishes, etc. furnished.
* Coffee maker and coffee provided.
* Gas grill.
* Use of backyard fire pit if you wish.
* Owner to take care of holding tanks.
* Room for 6 adults, but owner limiting it to 4 at the advertised   price. Extra person would be $60/night.
* Very convenient to local restaurants and race track itself.
*Only 5 miles to Bristol Motor Speedway via Carden Hollow Rd.
*Fully hooked up.

Rental price is $170/night, plus $15.73/night TN tax with a 3 night minimum.
Up to 4 adults. Extra person add $55per night, plus $5.09 TN tax

A $100 security/damage deposit required at booking, which will be returned after owner has inspected the property.

Payment Options

     Our primary payment method is through PayPal. It is a very secure method to send your payments and it allows you to use your credit cards or debit your bank account. It is very easy to set up, and membership is no longer required. We can invoice anyone who has an e-mail address.   We will also accept money orders or business checks, and certified checks from your bank. This form of payment must be sent by carrier such as FedEx, and preferably overnighted. Please do not send through the Postal Service regular mail. Contact us for any details.

We will invoice you through PayPal if you have an email address. Otherwise, payment details will be addressed at booking.
