This camper will be located at Dave and Kaye's Family Campground.
The walking distance is about 3/4 mile to track property, and about a mile by road.

 *Hooked up to electric and water...owner will have tanks pumped
   when needed by local company.
 *About 1 mile to BMS property by road, about 3/4 mile via a
   walking shortcut.
 *Shuttle runs from campground (click campground link above).
 *Only 4 persons at this price.
 *Convenient to all Tri Cities locations. 
 *Smoke and gas detectors in use throughout.  
 *Camper is well maintained.
 *Has heat and air.
 *Towels and bed linens, pots and pans, all cooking and eating
  utensils furnished.
 *Coffee maker and coffee provided. 
 *Bathroom supplies furnished. 
 *Gas grill provided. 
 *Garbage containers provided.
 *Has off-air TV only..
 *No smoking inside of camper, outside only.
 *Alcohol allowed in moderation. 
 *No partying in this camper please!
 *Campground rules must be observed!
 *No pets allowed inside this camper.
 *Please respect our property as you would your
  own!
Price is $350 per night,  with a 3 night minimum for both races
$150 security/damage deposit required at booking.

Payment Options

     Our primary payment method is through PayPal. It is a very secure method to send your payments and it allows you to use your credit cards or debit your bank account. It is very easy to set up, and membership is no longer required. We can invoice anyone who has an e-mail address.   We will also accept money orders or business checks, and certified checks from your bank. This form of payment must be sent by carrier such as FedEx, and preferably overnighted. Please do not send through the Postal Service regular mail. Contact us for any details.
